XERVON's preventative maintenance measures considerably reduce the risk of breakdown – especially for machine units
Machines are – in the truest sense of the word – the engines of a production plant and so are at the heart of maintenance programmes. The range of tasks, which the maintenance specialists must carry out, is as complex as this so-called rotating equipment is varied. We maintain your machines and fittings as well as inspect, service, repair and optimise them. Professionally and independently – as we are not tied to any particular manufacturer.
Whether it has to do with work safety, handling hazardous materials or radiation protection, we always adhere to very strict QHSE standards – and the same applies to our subcontractor management system
By holding targeted training courses at regular intervals, we ensure that our experts are among the best in their field. This is documented by numerous accreditations and certificates from a wide range of areas. Moreover, we have our own perfectly equipped workshops where, if necessary, we can make spare parts or recondition your facility components using, for example, metal spraying processes. We have an extensive range of specialist tools and machines to enable us to work on rotating equipment and fittings such as valve test benches, pump installation and compressor tools, special hydraulic devices, grinding and cutting machines for fittings, lapping machines and gasket cutters to name but a few.
Our employees regularly take part in training courses to strengthen and extend their specialist knowledge
One of our specialties in this particular field is condition monitoring. We continuously monitor the life cycle of your machines so that you are not caught out by an individual machine part or a whole unit breaking down. By carrying out various types of offline and online measurement procedures – for example vibration and oil analyses, monitoring machines using remote system diagnostics or thermal radiation – our engineers are able to reach reliable conclusions about the condition of the facilities as well as to set limit values. By doing so, we are able to prevent unexpected downtime and can accurately localise and plan any necessary maintenance and repair work. For your machines this means: greater reliability and a longer operational life.
We monitor your rotating equipment and facilities very carefully
